Pentax Industries is pleased to announce the integration of EXA Pumps, along with its historic brand Fel.som., into the Group.

This acquisition marks a significant strategic step for Pentax Industries, strengthening and expanding our technological offering in the water handling sector. By integrating EXA Pumps’ expertise, the Group adds specialized know-how and manufacturing excellence in the design and production of high-quality submersible electric pumps and related systems, entirely Made in Italy.

With decades of industry experience, EXA Pumps offers a comprehensive product range, including:

  • 4” and 6” submersible pumps with technopolymer and punched stainless steel impellers
  • 6” to 14” cast iron and AISI 316 stainless steel submersible pumps
  • 4” and 6” oil-filled motors and water-cooled motors from 4” to 12”
  • Solar pumping systems from 0.5 HP to 340 HP
  • Accessories such as starter panels and cooling jackets

All production is carried out at the company’s Gera Lario (Como – Italy) facility, certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring the highest standards of quality, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety.
